Launching Octopaye

We made a splash in the recruitment sector when we launched our payroll software and first brand, Recruit Payroll. Fast forward two years, and we’re still making waves.

This month we officially launched Octopaye. Recruit Payroll now becomes Octopaye, and we’re rebranding and extending our offering beyond the recruitment sector.

Introducing Octopaye

Octopaye takes all the features of our existing software (Recruit Payroll) and dives even deeper with them. It is payroll software that does the legwork for you. Octopaye is cloud-based, intelligent, secure and scalable. From a single dashboard, and in just a few clicks, you can process hundreds of payslips.

From our years of experience in recruitment, payroll management and Human Resources, our solution has been tried, tested and improved. We know just how effective our software is when it comes to managing the needs of modern-day businesses and processing multi-location, multi-user payroll. We also knew the software had legs beyond the recruitment space. 

We had ideas about how the software would develop and where it would fit. From the first title at the top of the page, all these legs or tentacles were branching off into sectors we could support and areas we can help. These multiple branches started to look like an Octopus – that’s where Ollie was born!

It is the ideal fit for accountants, franchise networks, recruitment agencies with temporary workers… Essentially, anyone running multiple payrolls across multiple locations. The ability to securely login to this cloud-based software from anywhere, and make payments in just a few clicks, makes it a fantastic step forward in the vast sea of software providers.
